JODI was founded upon the principle that no litigation or any legal challenge is too tough for a team of young, enegetic, talented, hard-working and committed lawyers. Recognizing that providing legal services to clients is never a  routine, its two founding partners – Josia  Noah Samwel and Dismas Mallya – left  one of Tanzania’s largest  and top notch law firms to build a firm designed to adapt to any challenge, match up against any adversary and approach any problem with a strategy to closely serve its clients
